Responsible for selling complex support and knowledge management software applications to large enterprises offered by Consona in an assigned territory to companies licensing Consona software for the first time. The Account Executive will need to recognize and address critical business issues of Consona prospects and develop and execute a sales strategy to solve those issues. Associate Support Engineer (Made2Manage) (12/15/2011)

Under general supervision provides customers, end users, consultants, and at times customer-contracted personnel with Made2Manage ERP product support. The scope of this position includes practicing troubleshooting and fact finding techniques and requires interfacing with team members, customers, and personnel from other departments which include billable services.

Customer Account Manager (11/13/2011)
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between Consona and its customers. The Customer Account Manager is also responsible for selling maintenance renewals, services and software to the customer base in an assigned geographical territory.. The account manager will need to recognize and address critical business issues of customers and develop and execute a sales strategy to solve those issues. Customer Support Engineer- Cimnet (9/6/2011)
Under general supervision, provide customers with product support for software applications in the Cimnet product suite. Customers may include: end users, implementation consultants, customer-contracted personnel, and Consona colleagues. The Cimnet product suite includes the following: Paradigm, Engenix, I-Quote, PCB Quote, PCB Analyzer and PCB Panelizer. The scope of this position involves supporting the existing Cimnet customer base via the phone and/or web and requires interfacing with team members, management and other departments. Duties require investigating, troubleshooting, replicating and documenting reported issues, and providing assistance to implementation consultants and other colleagues in the field.

The manager will execute the company’s sales strategy, and follow company sales processes. The manager will mentor Account Executives in negotiating and closing contracts.
