Responsible for selling complex support and knowledge management software applications to large enterprises offered by Consona in an assigned territory to companies licensing Consona software for the first time. The Account Executive will need to recognize and address critical business issues of Consona prospects and develop and execute a sales strategy to solve those issues. Under general supervision, this person will provide customers and end users with AXIOM software support. Requires interface with other team members, management, customers and partner vendors.

Director Project Management Office (2/10/2012)

Basic Purpose: Serve as Director of the PMO for the IT organization handling IT and business projects that have IT involvement. Lead the domestic and international PMO in tracking projects, project requests, Capex requirements, Opex requirements, prioritization, executive level presentations, and business/ IT alignment all while defining and implementing standard project management best practices. This position is also responsible for directly managing the extremely high visibility projects for Consona.

Working under the direction of Manager, Consulting Services, responsible for implementing the core Consona applications, as well as the advanced Consona applications and 3rd party applications based on Consona’s approved implementation methodologies and procedures; conducting on site education classes to support other departments and customers as needed; providing training and enhancing the development of new Implementation Consultants by allowing them to shadow on-site field work; traveling to customer sites; documenting site visit reports, project plans, budgets of services sold, calendars, time and expense reports; trouble shooting problem accounts as requested by management, delivering recommendations for solutions, and implementing chosen recommendation; maintaining an on-going professional relationship with all assigned customers, involving proactive communication with all assigned accounts, assisting the customer account manager with the sale of additional products and services, and working with the customer account manager to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and bring the account to a ‘reference-able’ status. Responsible for managing the Western Region New System Sales team selling enterprise business systems to small and midsize manufacturing companies licensing Consona software for the first time. The New System Sales Manager will lead a sales team made up of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Solution Engineers to meet an assigned quota on a consistent basis. The manager will execute the company’s sales strategy, and follow company sales processes. The manager will mentor Account Executives in negotiating and closing contracts. The manager will leverage best practices within the team. The manager will also coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

Programmer Analyst- M2M Customizations (2/28/2012)

Basic Purpose: This position is responsible for developing custom programs for Made2Manage products, which run on a Windows Platform. The candidate must possess a strong knowledge with respect to Windows standards for data management applications, event oriented programming, and visual design tools; specifically Visual Foxpro, Visual Basic, VB.NET, or SQL. Consona has an opening for a Sr. System Analyst located in Indianapolis, IN. Maintain and enhance existing corporate intranet, marketing and customer service web sites. Develop site services, SharePoint, applications, technical site infrastructure (user registration, login, security, data management, etc.), education tools, partner service links and integration.
